Jeff Dowden | VP of Operations & Business Development
As Vice President of Operations & Business Development, Jeff drives ValueScape's operational strategy and market growth, aligning service delivery with client needs across the mortgage servicing industry.
He brings over 20 years of leadership in default servicing, foreclosure, REO, and asset management for national mortgage servicers, with senior roles at Specialized Loan Servicing and Newrez/Shellpoint where he led revenue growth, portfolio expansion, and operational improvement.
His command of both traditional default operations and AI-powered valuation and lien intelligence help ValueScape bridge conventional servicing with next-generation technology.
Michael Shevlane | VP of Review Products
Michael Shevlane oversees the review products of ValueScape. He has a valuation experience since 2001. 16 years in REO, over 3 years with an AMC.
Formerly licensed as a real estate agent in Nevada, Arizona and Ohio. Over 20,000 BPOs personally completed, and over 4,000 reconciliations.
Significant Hybrid Appraisal experience, including prior management of team with oversight of desktop reviews, desktop appraisals, and reconciliations. His vast experience is helping ValueScape to provide a up-to-date product delivery and client satisfaction.
Sean Buford | A.I. Senior Business Analyst
Over 15 years of Mortgaging Servicing experience. He has worked in operations handling REO, BPO Quality Control, written thousands of Reconciliations and has worked with Hybrid Appraisals during this time.
At ValueScape he works directly with developers on creating innovative products for use in the market. This includes providing client feedback and testing updates/changes to expand our ever-evolving product line. With this knowledge, he also provides support for clients, brokers and appraisers using the ValueScape suite of products.
Shashi Rivankar | CTO
Shashi, as the Chief Technology Officer, plays a pivotal role in implementing cutting-edge AI technologies at ValueScape.
He is an Artificial Intelligence expert and SaaS Architect with over 20 years of experience. Former Lead Architect for the largest appraisal management company servicing Wells Fargo.
His expertise ensures that our compliance solutions are at the forefront of industry standards, providing clients with efficient and effective services.
